Teen Introduction to Weight Lifting Register View Cart

Teens can join certified personal trainer, Rob Ovalle from My Loyalty Fitness, for a guided program that will teach proper form and function of primary weight lifting. This program will teach teens how to build their own exercise routine. Rob will provide lifting instruction through a safe and effective introduction to free weight and machine assisted exercises. This program will also focus on safety in fitness centers. 

Robert Ovalle is a title-holding competitive athlete who brings his award winning expertise to clients looking for a guide to a healthy lifestyle. By focusing on personal workouts, Rob is able to provide unqiue regimens that cater to each client, allowing them to, not only reach, but surpass their fitness goals. 

Dates and time: 
Session 1: Thursdays, October 20th - November 10th from 5:00pm-5:50pm *Canceled
Session 2: Thursdays, December 1st - 22nd from 5:00pm-5:50pm  *Cancelled
Location: Salem Community Life Center, 401 Bridge St.
Ages: Teens ages 12-16 
Cost: $90 for the 4 week program

A parent/guardian must check in your child on the first day in order to sign the waiver.
