Under the guidance of local fitness instructor Beth Schultz, participants will work through a guided circuit of strength and body weight work. Weights will be used for strength and planks, crunches and squats will be used for the body weight. This class will be limited to 8 participants.
Ages: 18+
Dates: Mondays, April 27th - June 1st (no class on 5/25) * this class is filled to capacity
Time: 6:00-7:00pm

Summer Sessions Dates
SessionOne- Monday, June 15th - July 13th
Session Two: July 27th - August 24th
5:30-6:30pm- Advanced Class - for participants who have already take the class with with Beth and are ready to move to the next level
6:30-7:30pm- All Levels Class - geared to those new to the class but will modify instructions should an advanced participant register.
