Under the guidance of local fitness instructor Beth Schultz, participants will work through a guided circuit of cardio, strength and body weight work. Treadmills and exercise bike will be used for the cardio aspect, weights will be used for strength and planks, crunches and squats will be used for the body weight. This class will be limited to 8 participants.
