ONLINE Resident Recreational Parking Sticker 2026

  1. Stickers for entrance to Winter Island, McCabe Park/Kernwood Marina, Forest River and designated areas of  the Salem Willows Park are available for online sales to Salem Residents only.  Stickers are $25.00 and sold on an annual basis.

    Once you purchase your sticker online, you then must scan your license and registration to kmccarthy@salem.com to verify your address.  You will receive an email confirming receipt of your documents.  Three business days from your confirmation, you will be able to pick up your sticker at the Winter Island office daily, between 8:00am -4:00pm.
