Forest River Pool Passes 2026
Memberships available for Salem residents only. Up to 4 non-residents are allowed with accompaniment of a Salem resident for a separate fee. Daily passes are cash only.
Welcome to Forest River Pool
Forest River Pool, located at 32 Clifton Avenue, Salem, MA, will be open for a 9-week season. The tentative opening date is June 27, 2026 through August 28, 2026. It will be open Tuesday - Sunday (closed on Mondays) offering lap swim, recreational activities, lessons, and of course open swim!
Online Sales: Online membership sales are open! Once purchased, previous year pool passes can be reused. If you need a new pass the Forest River staff can make you a new one once the pool is officially open. One pass per family membership.
In Person Sales: Online purchases highly encouraged, but if you are having issues or prefer assistance, the staff in the office at Forest River Pool are happy to help when the pool is open. Please be patient with the staff as creating online profiles can take some time. Feel free to contact cduffy@salem.com for any questions or online assistance during pool hours.
Financial assistance: Applications are for Salem Residents only. Family memberships should include only those under the same address. In order to apply, please make sure to have your MyRec account updated with all members included, and send your completed application to cduffy@salem.com. Applications may take up to 5 business days to review and process.
PLEASE NOTE- 4th of July: The pool will operate on a modified schedule on the Fourth of July, with access limited to pre-registered sessions from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Please note that 2026 season memberships do not include admission on July 4th; attendance on this date is available to Salem residents by sign-up only. Sign ups for this event will be released on May 27, 2026.

Membership Fees for Salem Residents:
Individual Pass (18+) - $50.00
Youth Pass (ages 3-17) - $25.00
Senior Pass (ages 60+) - $40.00
Family Pass - $125.00 (up to 8 members living under the same roof)
Daily passes and guest passes are available for purchase at the pool! Daily passes are CASH ONLY
Resident Adults - $5.00 Children - $5.00
Non-resident Adults - $10.00 Non-resident Children - $5.00
Non-resident guests must be accompanied by a resident. Each adult resident is allowed a maximum of 4 guests.
Only residents of Salem may acquire a pool membership.
Pool memberships do not guarantee admittance. Pool capacity is at the discretion of the lifeguards and staff.
Passes are non-transferable.
Only one membership card per family.
Children 9 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. |
