HYROX is FITNESS RACING that combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
Our 12-Week HYROX Training Program will prepare anyone and everyone, all levels and abilities for their first Boston HYROX race, or help you PR your next race. The program is a fully comprehensive training plan with two coached workouts each week (specific HYROX workouts or full-body strength classes), personal coached guidance to develop short and long term training goals, as well as group support from fellow members to help you stay focused and motivated throughout the program.
Core Training Elements included:
*Running Endurance: A mix of Zone 2 steady-state runs (to build an aerobic base) and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to improve speed and lactic threshold.
*Functional Strength: Compound movements that mimic race stations, such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, and overhead presses.
*Compromised Workouts: These involve practicing functional movements immediately after running to simulate the "heavy-leg" feeling of the actual race.
*Grip & Skill Work: Dedicated practice for the more technical stations like the Sled Push/Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, and Wall Balls.
*Simulated race to help set goals for HYROX Boston (solo or team).
*Members will have the option/ability to add more HYROX or Strength focused classes per week for an additional fee.
*Early access for HYROX race registration.
Kick Off Meeting will be held on Sunday, July 19th at 9:30am

Date: 12 week session begins Tuesday, July 21st and last session will be Sunday, October 4th
Times: Tuesdays and Thursday at either 6:00am, 8:30am or 5:30pm
and Sundays at 8:00am
