D.W. KIM'S U.S. TaeKwonDo Teen/Adult Class
US Taekwondo offers a welcoming and supportive program designed for teens and adults who want to stay active while learning the fundamentals of martial arts. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence through the practice of traditional Taekwondo techniques.
Participants will develop discipline, focus, and respect while improving overall fitness in a positive and encouraging environment. Whether you are brand new to martial arts or looking to continue your training, this program provides a great opportunity to challenge yourself, learn new skills, and stay engaged in a healthy physical activity.
Ages: 13+
Dates: Monday's and Wednesday's, July 6th- August 26th
Time: 6:30-7:15pm
Cost: $120 per participant, price includes Taekwondo Uniform!
