Join Chef Mary Ferreira, of Ferreira Foods, for a fun interactive cooking demonstration discussing the beauty and benefits of mushrooms.  Chef Ferreira will explore their culinary uses, preparing easy and flavorful recipes, while highlighting their nutritional value.
