Join Chef Mary Ferreira, of Ferreira Foods, for a fun interactive cooking demonstration discussing the beauty and benefits of mushrooms.  Chef Ferreira will explore their culinary uses, preparing easy and flavorful recipes, while highlighting their nutritional value. Come enjoy an evening of delicious ideas and partake in a tasting of menu selections.
