Salem Little League offers baseball and softball programs for kids ages 6 to 12, and in the case of softball, up to age 16. Our tee ball program is for 4 to 6 year olds. As a chartered league with Little League International, we share their mission: Little League believes in the power of youth baseball and softball to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities. Our organization seeks to teach teamwork, citizenship and the value of exercise through baseball and softball through all of our programs, from the very basic to the more competitive.
 
Approved volunteer adults are also quite welcome!
 
Registration for spring programs typically begins in December of the previous year. While most people aren’t thinking about spring sports during those harsh winter months, we are already busy planning! The sooner you register, the more money you can save. Placement on a team can’t be guaranteed if you attempt to register after April 1, so please register early! Check our website often for summer and fall programs as well.
