Bolly X is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines exhilarating choreography and low intensity movements set to upbeat music from around the world.  A well designed workout that will get you moving, sweating, and smiling...all at once!  This is a class for all levels.  Low impact and no jumping.
