Ocean Explorers: The World of Whales

Whales are among the biggest animals on earth! During this week, participants will explore the world of whales. We will learn about why whales live in our ocean, their biology and fascinating facts about these beautiful creatures. Everyday, projects will include science, math and arts and crafts.
Instructor, KC Bloom is the coordinator of the Recreation Management concentration and a faculty member at Salem State University. KC has taught numerous nature related courses, worked in state parks and spends as much time in the woods or on the ocean as possible with her family.
Children must turn 4 years old prior to the start of the program.
Children should bring a snack, water bottle, bagged lunch each day.
Ages: 4-7
Date: Monday - Wednesday, July 15th - 17th and Friday, July 19th
