Join Chef Mary Ferreira, of Ferreira Foods, for a fun interactive cooking demonstration discussing the many uses of puffed pastry.  Chef Ferreira will show how easy it is to prepare a variety of appetizers, entrees and desserts using this versatile dough.  Come enjoy an evening of delicious ideas and partake in a tasting of the menu selections.  Space is limited to 20 participants. You must register by Monday, March 11th so that we may purchase enough supplies.
