The Salem Community Life Center is proud to offer a Self Defense Class this fall. This course will provide the information and basic self-defense moves to quickly and effectively stop a real or potential attack. This course is being offered 5 times, but participants should only sign up for one week, as the classes will be offering the same content every week.
