The Pickleball Fitness series is a 45 minute class, once a week for 5 weeks. The goal is to decrease the risk on injury while teaching students how to move more efficiently to play a better game of Pickleball. Each class will include mobility, flexibility, strength, agility and hand eye coordination. Participants should bring a yoga mat and a set of hand weights/dumbbells.
This program will be led by Jen Gard who is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer and certified movement and mobility coach.
