Salem children ages 4-9 are invited to participate in a children's yoga/mindfulness class offered by Shelley Powell. This class will include poses, breathing exercises, dance, crafts, and affirmations which promotes health self-esteem and self-love. In these classes, Shelley loves to combine playfulness as well as structure. Children need to bring a blanket or towel to sit on. We encourage them to bring a water bottle.
Ages: 4-9
Date: Monday - Thursday, July 13th - July 16th. Friday, July 17th will serve as a make up day if
Time: 8:30-9:30am
Location: Park Cove - you will meet the instructor in the grassy area near the community gardens on Salem St.
