Lacrosse sticks held up in the air
Join Salem Collins Middle School lacrosse coach Greg Fitzgerald this summer for Boys SpeedLax.  SpeedLax is a non-contact, small-sided, fast, and free flowing pick up style of lacrosse.  Each session will consist of 30 minutes of stick skill drills and an hour of multiple SpeedLax games.  Tennis balls are used to develop ball skills, and there is minimal contact (no checking), so no helmets, gloves or pads are needed.
Participants should bring a mouth guard, water bottle and their own stick if they have one.  Loaner sticks will be available if you do not have a stick.

Age: Boys, grades 5-9
Date: Monday - Friday, July 29th - August 2nd
Time: 8:30-10:00am
Place: Mack Park - meet near the baseball field
Cost: FREE for Salem Children *

** This is a grant funded program and we need to have a Participant Data Form filled out for your child.  If you have already filled this out for another 2024 summer grant funded program, you do not need to fill it out again.  This form need to be returned prior to the start of the program to kmccarthy@salem.com.
