Join lacrosse coach Greg Fitzgerald this summer for Boys SpeedLax. SpeedLax is a non-contact, small-sided, fast, and free flowing pick up style of lacrosse. Each session will consist of 30 minutes of stick skill drills and an hour of multiple SpeedLax games. Tennis balls are used to develop ball skills, and there is minimal contact (no checking), so no helmets, gloves or pads are needed.
Participants should bring a mouth guard, water bottle and their own stick if they have one. Loaner sticks will be available if you do not have a stick.
Age: Boys, grades 5-9
