Meditation jars
Learn how to make a meditation jar in this workshop designed to help kids learn a fun and easy meditation technique. Kids will learn about meditation with a fun story and make their own jars to practice and take home! Cost includes all materials. 

Date and time: Thursday, July 14th from 4:00pm-5:00pm.
Location: Salem Community Life Center, 401 Bridge Street
Ages: 4-11 years old
Cost: $20.00 per child
