Derby Street Mile
The Derby Street Mile is back!

Join Salem Park, Recreation and Community Services for the 19th Annual Derby Street Mile Road Race.  This fun, family driven event will take place on Friday, August 16th.

The race will begin on Fort Ave. near the Cat Cove Marina and run straight up Derby Street ending near the Salem Maritime Site.

The Competitive Race begins at 7:00pm followed by the Family Fun Run at 7:15pm.

Special thanks to The Salem Harbor Station for their full sponsorship of this race.  All proceeds will be allocated to the Park, Recreation and Community Services Department.

Trophy to the top male and female finishers in the competitive race.  Age group awards for the top 3 male/female finishers in the following divisions: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+in the competitive race.  All children under the age of 12 will receive medals.

Tee shirts to the first 100 registrants.  Tee shirts and bibs will be available to pick up at the race start.

Day of the race registration will take place from 6:00-6:45 at the race start on Fort Ave.
