Center into your being and unwind from your day with an all-levels vinyasa yoga flow at the Salem Willows! Bringing in fluidity and sensational movement to the body, this practice will help release any tension, while welcoming in rest & relaxation for the rest of your evening. Due to the timing of class, it is recommended to bring sunscreen/bug spray just in case and to dress in layers if need be.

Please bring your own yoga mat/blanket, water, blocks/straps if you have them and would like to use them during class.

Ages: 16 +
Date: Wednesdays, July 6th - August 24th
* Wednesday, August 31st will serve as a make-up day if necessary for inclement weather.
Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Location: Salem Willows; grassy field left of Dead Horse Beach facing the water
Instructor: Tayla D'Avolio
Cost: $90 for 8-week session 
Option for 1 class:  fee $14 per class,  must pre register at salemrec.com
